Google Launches Free 411 Service
Google Voice Local Search is Google’s experimental service to make local-business search accessible over the phone.
To try this service, just dial 1-800-GOOG-411 (1-800-466-4411) from any phone.
Using this service, you can:
- search for a local business by name or category.
You can say "Giovanni's Pizzeria" or just "pizza". - get connected to the business, free of charge.
- get the details by SMS if you’re using a mobile phone.
Just say "text message".
And it's free. Google doesn’t charge you a thing for the call or for connecting you to the business. Regular phone charges may apply, based on your telephone service provider.
Note: Google Voice Local Search is still in its experimental stage. It may not be available at all times and may not work for all users. We’re fine-tuning the service to get better at recognizing your requests. It’s currently only available in English, in the US, for US business listings.

MS Forced To Pull European TV Ad
The fun little 360 commercial above (which, incidentally, has been running since last year), called "Cops and Robbers", has been yanked off the air in Britain by the Advertising Standards Agency. This despite the commercial clearly stating that it was filmed in controlled circumstances, the cars never exceed the speed limit and that the ad agency worked closely with the Broadcast Advertising Clearance Centre during production to ensure it was all cool.
The ASA (and this is no shit) says the warning text only served to reinforce "the sense that the events were real, rather than fantasy, and were therefore capable of being copied". Wow. They're also unhappy with the way in which it glamourises "street car racing" and that the "robbers" are congratulated at the end of the "race".
Remember, kids: driving cars fast is bad, but it's OK to jump over and off tall buildings.

Paper Mario goes WII!
I'm really gonna need to figure out how to squeeze more hours out of my day so that I can actually play games like this...
Peeing...Not as important as everyone leads to believe.
